Youth Retreat (Youth Serving Christ) 18th – 23rd August 2019.

Prayers

• This morning we are going to thank God for the opportunity he has granted all our youth to attend this year’s retreat.

• Thank God for journey mercies and those that made it to this year’s retreat.

• Thank God for how far he has helped them since Sunday when they got to the retreat.

• Thank God for that which he has started in the lives of our young people.

• Lord, grant every young guy and young lady the grace to partake of all that you have purposed for their lives in Jesus name.

• We renounce every sinful or worldly pleasure standing between all our young people and preventing them from serving the Lord in Jesus name.

• We declare that nothing will prevent our youth from obtaining favor from the Lord in Jesus name.
• Habits of life or worldly standards will not consume the hearts of our youth in Jesus name.
• No flesh or friends or pride or tribulation will frustrate the service of any of our youth in Jesus name.
• Our youths will deny their flesh, take up their cross and follow Christ in Jesus name.

Romans 12 vs 11 (Good News); says work hard and not to be lazy. Serve the Lord with devotion.

• Holy Spirit please grant them the grace to be diligent in serving Christ.

• May there not be found any iota of laziness in any youth in Jesus name.

• All our youths will serve only Christ in spirit and in truth in Jesus name.

• Holy Spirit pour out yourself on our youth at the retreat and set them on fire for Jesus.

• Replace every stony heart with a heart of flesh in the life of all our young guys and girls.

• We plead with you Holy Spirit, grant them commitment and dedication to the message of Calvary in Jesus name.

Ecclesiastes 12 vs 1 (paraphrased); encourages our youth to remember God while they are still young and agile with loads of energy before their older days and years come when they will say life is not as enjoyable.

• Every young lady or guy that is yet to know you Lord please encounter them in the name of Jesus.

• Help our youth to use their strength and energy to serve the Lord in Jesus name.

• We commit the remaining 3 days of the youth’s retreat unto you Lord please come through for every young person in Jesus name.

• We commit the teachers and the kitchen staff unto you Lord, and we pray for strength and grace to be multiplied unto them.

• Thank you, Lord, for the commuting back from Wales for all our youth and everyone involved in the retreat on 23rd August in Jesus name.
